If you have a promotional code, using it is very simple. After adding the products to your cart, enter the promotional code in the designated field during checkout and apply it. The page will be updated and, if the code is valid and applicable to the selected products, the corresponding discount will be displayed.
Before completing your purchase, always check that the discount has been correctly applied to the eligible products.
Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per order, and promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts or campaigns.
Promotional codes do not apply to pottery wheels and equipment.
The conditions, eligible products, validity period and any other limitations applicable to each promotional code will be indicated at the time of its publication.
Throughout the year, Graffito Store may offer price reductions for limited periods.
Where applicable, the price reduction will be displayed directly on the product page, in the corresponding category and/or in the shopping cart. In such cases, no promotional code will be required unless otherwise stated.
Price reduction offers may apply only to certain products, brands, categories or quantities and may be subject to specific conditions, including validity periods, stock availability or a minimum purchase value.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, price reduction offers cannot be combined with promotional codes or other special commercial conditions.
Whenever a price reduction practice falls within the scope of Decree-Law no. 70/2007 of 26 March, the reduction will be displayed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements, including, where applicable, by reference to the lowest price charged during the 30 consecutive days preceding the application of the reduction
Campaigns are valid during the expressly stated period and while stocks covered by the relevant campaign remain available.
Graffito Store may amend or end campaigns early where no orders have yet been placed under them, without prejudice to the conditions applicable to orders already placed.
