  1. – PASTCERAM – PASTAS CERÂMICAS S.A. (hereinafter, “PASTCERAM“), with registered offices at Zona Industrial Casal da Areia – Lote 38/39 2460-392 Cós – Alcobaça (Portugal) and NIPC 505689111 is the data controller.
  2. – The data collected will be used to register you as a customer on the website, on the basis of pre-contractual procedures and execution of the contract for use of the reserved area and enjoyment of the respective functionalities, and will be kept for as long as you are registered as a customer and wish to enjoy the respective services of the website and up to 2 years after the last access.
  3. – The personal data marked with * must be filled in in order for us to be able to register you as a customer, and without it we will not be able to fulfill your order.
  4. – In the customer area, you can also fill in your customer data (identification data, contact details, billing and shipping address and payment details), which will be kept for as long as you are registered as a customer and wish to use the respective website services and up to 2 years after the last access.
  5. – The data in question will not be used for any other purpose without prior information and, where necessary, your prior and express consent.
  6. – A PASTCERAM may communicate the personal data identified to its service providers (subcontractors) in order to fulfill the purpose described.

    When you send us your personal data, it will be protected using security protocols suitable for Internet communications and stored on a secure server with limited access.
